My four year old son went to the dentist the other day to get a cavity filled. Who knew that you could choose the color. He came home (after his dad took him) I asked to see his tooth to check it out, just as my husband was explaining that he got to pick the color. Not to impressed to find he will have this tooth until he is 12. Lucky it is a back tooth. So we are all sitting around the table and talking about the "orange" filling he just got. My 6 yr. old daughter then said "I hope I have a cavity." Which I respond "if you do you are paying for it." My advice just stick to plain white. The kids wont find it half as fun or exciting. On a side note however, our son did awesome at the dentist. (a little laughing gas I guess goes a long way).

Happy birthday Hannah!!!!! How I can't believe how time flies. Hannah is now 3. She is a very independent child and always wants her way. She may look innocent, but is not. We love her and her cute personality. She is a joy to have in the family and brings joy to others. Some of her favorite sayings right now are "your stupid" and "I hate you" two sayings which we hope she out grows soon. The other day I told her if she called me stupid one more time I was going to give her soap. She looked at me and started to say your stupid but only got out stup. She then was very quick to say "I only said stup mom not stupid." She is bright and intelligent. If anyone has great ideas on how to get a child to stop saying bad words, I would love to know.
4th of July
Hope everyone had a great fourth of July. It is always fun for us. Due to the fact that we celebrate all who fight and fought for this wonderful country and that it is Hannah's birthday. Hope everyone had a great 4th.
